Vibration Mechanism and Compensation Strategy of Magnetic Suspension Rotor System Under Unbalanced Magnetic Pull

چکیده

The existing imbalance compensation strategies for magnetic suspension motors mainly focus on the mass unbalance force, ignoring effects of unbalanced magnet pull (UMP). This paper studied vibration mechanism and strategy suspended permanent synchronous motor (PMSM) under influence UMP. Firstly, an analytical model flux density was established based equivalent circuit method, then expressions UMP deduced by Maxwell stress tensor method. Furthermore, method hypothetical reference frame (HRF) transformation proposed. stability closed-loop system with analyzed complex-coefficients theory. proposed were verified simulations experiments. results indicate that can achieve effective suppression rotor vibration.
